Local Trail Connections Program Grant
The City of Watertown has been awarded a Local Trail Connections Programs grant totaling $100,000 to construct a
trail on both sides of the Crow River that will connect to the Luce Line Trail.
Construction on the new trail will begin the week of August 24th. The two trails will run along both
sides of the river-adjacent to Lewis Avenue and Mill Avenue. The project will have seating area, paved parking lots and plaza.
