Part of the responsibilities of the Community Development department is to serve as the administrator for the zoning
code for the City.

Much of the zoning code requires that certain permit and/or applications must be filled out and submitted to the City for
review before a homeowner or business owner can make a change to their property. Many of these forms are
available on this site.
